Crapperdoodle started in 2009 as a toilet wall graffiti blog. It was juvenile, unplanned, and had absolutely no strategy behind it. The internet was different then — weirder, more anarchic, less optimised. It suited us.

Almost twenty years later the site went quiet, the internet got louder, and somewhere along the way buying things online became the default human activity. Gift guides multiplied. Influencers appeared. Everyone started recommending everything with the same suspiciously enthusiastic energy.
We came back because nobody was doing it honestly.

What Crapperdoodle is
A media site covering gift guides, health tools, viral product finds, gear, and the occasional thing that defies categorisation.
Some links on this site are affiliate links — if you click through and buy something, we earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. That’s how the lights stay on. We disclose this because we’re legally required to and also because it’s the right thing to do.
What Crapperdoodle is not
A lifestyle brand. An influencer. A six-pack. A company with a content team, a brand partnership manager, and a Slack channel.
Just one person, a laptop, occasionally an iPad, and a domain name that has survived two decades of the internet changing around it.
